About HBCS

HBCS was established in 1985 to provide billing and collection services for healthcare organizations. Currently, HBCS services more than 60 healthcare clients throughout the U.S. From the beginning, it has been HBCS’ philosophy to provide the highest quality accounts receivable management services to our clients. This is accomplished by utilizing state-of-the-art technology, innovative techniques to cash recovery, and a highly-trained professional staff. Our skilled staff of more than 375 representatives focus exclusively on billing and follow-up and collection of accounts receivable in insurance, self-pay and bad debt.

HBCS understands the importance of our healthcare clients' reputations in their communities and believes that the patient experience doesn’t end after care is received, but continues through the billing and collection process. We focus on providing the most positive customer service experience, so that the goodwill established between our healthcare clients and their patients remains untarnished.
